THE WORKFORCE FAIRNESS INSTITUTE PROMOTES THE COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS RELATING TO THEIR WORKFORCES AND THE WORKFORCES OF TRADE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS BY EDUCATING EMPLOYERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CITIZENS ABOUT PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES THAT MAY AFFECT THE WORKPLACE AND ENCOURAGING GRASSROOTS ACTIONS WHEN APPROPRIATE.
