TO CELEBRATE, ENCOURAGE AND FURTHER WOMEN'S PARTICIPATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN THE FIELD OF TRANSPORTATION THROUGH THE CREATION OF SUITABLE COMMEMORATIONS OF SUCH PARTICIPATION AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AND SUPPORT FOR PROGRAMS, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, SCHOLARSHIPS AND EVENTS THAT ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT WOMEN AND GIRLS TO PURSUE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION-RELATED CAREERS.
