THESE FUNDS ESTABLISH AND STRENGTHEN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE ACT SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF IMPOVERISHED STUDENTS AND STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES ATTENDING WYTHEVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE. IN THIS CAPACITY, THE WYTHEVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, INC. SHALL FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE GROWTH, PROGRESS AND GENERAL WELFARE OF WYTHEVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND THE VIRGINIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM.
