THE YMCA OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY/JRFY, INC. EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE YMCA OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY BY HOLDING AND DEVELOPING THE JACKIE ROBINSON FAMILY YMCA FACILITY. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO FACILITATE A NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT FINANCING TRANSACTION PURSUANT TO GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY THE CDFI FUND OF THE US DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY.
