Young Black Pharma's mission is to cultivate talent through mentoring initiatives that focus on the personal and professional development needed to excel in the pharmaceutical industry, inspire pharmaceutical industry professionals to always strive for excellence and prioritize paying it forward, and connect to share meaningful experiences and encourage community among people in pharma.
