THE MISSION OF THE YOUTH SAILING FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY WITH EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SAILING PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES IN A FUN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
