THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN REAL ESTATE OR OTHER PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ZETA TAU ALPHA FRATERNITY. ITS FUNCTION IS TO HOLD TITLE TO SUCH REAL ESTATE OR PROPERTY AND TO COLLECT INCOME IN THE FORM OF RENT AND CONTRIBUTIONS.
