TEXAS ETA HOUSING CORPORATION

The mission of the Texas Eta Housing Corporation is to provide safe, well-maintained, and affordable housing to the members of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity at Stephen F. Austin State University. The Corporation is dedicated to the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and operation of the fraternity house to foster an environment that supports academic achievement, leadership development, and brotherhood. In addition to managing the collection of rent and payment of operating expenses, the Housing Corporation ensures the facility serves as a central meeting place for the fraternity's full membership, enhancing the overall collegiate experience of its members.
