3M OPEN FUND IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION CREATED TO RUN AN ANNUAL PGA TOUR SANCTIONED PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT THAT WILL CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY TO THE LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH DONATIONS OF THE NET PROCEEDS FROM THE EVENT.
