TO PROVIDE APPRENTICESHIP AND CONSTRUCTION CRAFT TRAINING IN A NUMBER OF SPECIALTY TRADES. CRAFT TRAINING GIVES CONSTRUCTION WORKERS A CONSIDERABLE ADVANTAGE OVER THOSE TRAINED BY INFORMAL MEANS. CONSTRUCTION CRAFT TRAINING INCREASES PRODUCTIVITY AND SAFETY, AND ALSO HELPS TO DEVELOP FUTURE WORKFORCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
