AYSA'S MISSION IS TO WORK WITH COACHES, ATHLETES, AND PARENTS TO RE-SHAPE YOUTH SPORTS. WE ARE DEDICATED TO CHANGING THE CULTURE SURROUNDING YOUTH SPORTS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND ENCOURAGING ATMOSPHERE WHERE KIDS CAN GROW THEIR SKILLS, CHARACTER, AND CONFIDENCE. OUR VISION IS TO ENGAGE, EQUIP, AND EMPOWER COACHES, PARENTS, AND YOUTH ATHLETES TO UNITE, INSPIRE, AND CHANGE THE WORLD THROUGH SPORTS AND CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES. OUR HOPE IS THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO EMPOWER THOUSANDS OF KIDS THROUGH POSITIVE YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS THAT BUILD FRIENDSHIPS, INSTILL CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP, ENCOURAGE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, AND CREATE MEMOTIES FOR ALL.
