THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO CREATE A CULTURE THAT SUPPORTS PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND OTHER DISABILITIES THROUGH INNOVATIVE, SUSTAINABLE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES IN AN EFFORT TO MAXIMIZE THEIR INDIVIDUAL INDEPENDENCE AND FUNCTIONING IN THE COMMUNITY.
