THIS MEANS SUPPORTING COALITIONS AROUND THE WORLD DOING THIS WORK, BUT ALSO WORKING TO BREAK DOWN DOUBLE STANDARDS THAT PERSIST IN GLOBAL HEALTH CARE POLICY.
