OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT WHERE ALL STUDENTS ARE CELEBRATED AND SUPPORTED. IN A PROCESS WE CALL LIFE PLANNING, EACH STUDENT'S INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS, GOALS, AND NEEDS ARE IDENTIFIED SO THAT THEY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE CLASSROOM AND AFTER GRADUATION. EVERY STUDENT GRADUATES WITH A LIFE PLAN AND THE TOOLS AND CONFIDENCE TO CARRY OUT THAT PLAN. WE ARE A COMMUNITY THAT PUTS MASLOW'S HIERARCHY INTO PRACTICE ENSURING OUR STUDENTS' PRIMARY NEEDS ARE MET, THAT THEY FEEL SAFE, EXPERIENCE A SENSE OF BELONGING, DISCOVER THEIR UNIQUE GIFTS AS THEY BUILD THEIR SELF-ESTEEM, AND ULTIMATELY FIND THEIR PURPOSE.
