(THE CENTER) IS A NON- PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, ADMINISTER, ASSIST AND MANAGE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) PROGRAMS IN THE COURTS, NEIGHBORHOODS, EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WITHIN THE STATE OF ALABAMA.
