THE ILWU LOCAL 200 REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS THROUGH MEETINGS, NEGOTIATIONS AND ADMINISTERING THE CONTRACT LABOR AGREEMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTS THE EMPLOYEES AND LOCAL MEMBERSHIP WITH GRIEVANCES, ARBITRATIONS AND ORGANIZES THE UNORGANIZED. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HANDLES OTHER LABOR UNION MATTERS AS NECESSARY AND REQUIRED BY LAW.
