A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION THAT ENGAGES IN THE BUSINESS OF PLANNING, DEVELOPING, CONSTRUCTING, OWNING, AND MANAGING 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS OPERATING POST-ACUTE CARE FACILITIES, SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES AND ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITIES. BY PROVIDING STRONG CLINICAL OVERSIGHT AND FINANCIAL REVIEW, SUPPORTED FACILITIES WILL HAVE IMPROVED OVERALL QUALITY OF CARE AND HELP PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO PATIENTS AND RESIDENTS.
