INVESTING IN BLACK FUTURES BY PROVIDING A CLEAR PATHWAY TO STUDENTS AT PARTNERING HBCU'S INTO CAREERS IN THE ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT INDUSTRY. PARTICIPATING HBCU STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE ACCESS TO EDUCATION, TRAINING, MENTORSHIP, SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING, INTERNSHIPS, AND FULL-TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE INDUSTRY.
