EMPLOYEES (WHO NUMBER IN EXCESS OF 100,000) AND THEIR FAMILIES SUFFERING SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL AND PERSONAL HARDSHIP AND LOSSES ARISING FROM NATURAL DISASTERS, ACCIDENTS, CIVIL UNREST, OR SERIOUS ILLNESS, NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE OR OTHER RESOURCES.
