IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION HAS AN EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAM TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL RELIEF FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE FOUNDATION, AMERICAN CAREER COLLEGE, INC. ("ACC") AND TWO OTHER FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES OWNED BY THE SOLE SHAREHOLDER OF ACC.
