THE ASSOCIATION DISSEMINATES INFORMATION, FACILITATES COLLABORATION AMONG ITS MEMBERS, AND PUBLICIZES RESEARCH FINDINGS ON IMPORTANT THEORETICAL AND POLITICAL ISSUES, AND PUBLISHES A VARIETY OF MATERIALS RELEVANT TO THE DISCIPLINE.
