ASYV WAS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, AND LITERARY PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED.
