ADVANCING AND DISSEMINATING KNOWLEDGE OF THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF WATER FACILITIES AND ENCOURAGING THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE IN THESE GOALS; 2.
