ANGELA'S HOUSE FOUNDATION WORKS TO IDENTIFY FAMILIES CARING FOR THEIR CHILDREN WHO MAY HAVE A SEVERE DISABILITY OR MEDICAL CONDITION SO THAT WE MAY HELP THEM OBTAIN SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILY. THESE CHILDREN HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS AND ARE REFERRED TO AS MEDICALLY FRAGILE, CHRONICALLY ILL OR LIVING WITH A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS ANGELA'S HOUSE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS OUR "EVERYDAY WISHES PROGRAM" WHICH ASSIST FAMILIES PAYING FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES AND RESOURCES THAT CANNOT BE FUNDED THROUGH OTHER MEANS. FUNDING ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE MEDICALLY FRAIL OR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED THAT LIVE AT HOME WITH THEIR PARENTS AS WELL AS THOSE THAT LIVE IN ONE OF OUR MEDICAL HOMES.
