ASOC is a global coalition of NGOs and individuals working together to ensure the conservation and protection of Antarctica and the Southern Ocean, as the worlds last great wilderness, a global commons, and a shared heritage for the future. It is the only global organization focused soley on this region and the only environmental NGO recognized by the Antarctic governance system.
