ASI COMPLETES THIS MISSION THROUGH THE TRADE ADJUSTMENT (SEE SCH O) ASSISTANCE FOR FIRMS PROGRAM, A FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FUNDED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE. ASI IDENTIFIES MANUFACTURERS ELIGIBLE FOR THE ASSISTANCE, HELPS DEVELOP THEIR RECOVERY PLANS, AND FACILITATES THE MONETARY ASSISTANCE TO THE MANUFACTURER.
