ASI PROVIDES IMPLEMENTATION ASSISTANCE AND COST-SHARING OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TO QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS, AND FACILITATES THE MONETARY ASSISTANCE TO THE MANUFACTURER.
