THE PURPOSE OF ARGOS, A SHELTER DOG RESCUE IS: TO RESCUE ANIMALS FROM SITUATIONS THAT ARE ABUSIVE, ENDANGERING, OR NEGLECTFUL. TO RESCUE ANIMALS IN DANGER OF BEING EUTHANIZED IN NEW MEXICO SHELTERS/POUNDS. TO PROVIDE NECESSARY VETERINARY CARE, GROOMING, REHABILITATION, TRAINING. TO PLACE RESCUED ANIMALS INTO FOSTER HOMES OR SAFE ENVIRONMENTS UNTIL WE FIND PERMANENT ADOPTIVE HOMES.
