THE ART IMPACT PROJECT FOCUSES ON USING ART AS A THERAPEUTIC TOOL TO HELP INDIVIDUALS EXPRESS THEIR EMOTIONS AND IMPROVE THEIR MENTAL HEALTH. IT CREATES SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENTS WHERE PARTICIPANTS CAN ENGAGE IN CREATIVE ACTIVITIES WITHOUT THE PRESSURE OF FORMAL ART THERAPY OR LESSONS.
