The Arthur Lockhart Resource Institute is a not-for-profit human/social service organization committed to enriching, empowering, and encouraging the positive growth of low-income families, veterans, seniors, and youth of the Austin/West Garfield Community in Chicago, Illinois. We seek to improve the economic, education, psychological, social experiences, and health wellness of the Austin/West Garfield Community by bridging the generational gap, advocating for seniors, and providing advocacy for those in need. We further believe the key to advancing our communities lies in equipping families through education and training with the tools necessary to live healthy and productive lives
