TO PROVIDE ASHTABULA COUNTY CHILDREN AND PARENTS A GREATER AWARENESS OF THE OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGHER EDUCATION AND TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH DISCOVERING AND OBTAINING THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES NECESSARY TO REACH THE GOAL OF A HIGHER EDUCATION.
