THE AGENCY ALSO PROVIDES OLDER AMERICANS WITH HEALTH ASSESSMENT, TELEPHONING, CLIENT FINDING, MASS OUTREACH, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, AND SOCIALIZATION SERVICES IN COOPERATION WITH DISTRICT XI AREA AGENCY ON AGING, INC. DESIGNEE OF THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF AGING.
