THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO FUND BONA FIDE APPROVED APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED BY ASSOCIATED BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS OF WISCONSIN, INC. TO ASSIST IN THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALS WHO DESIRE TO ACQUIRE SKILLS AND INCREASE THEIR CAPABILITIES AS EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
