TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, FUCTIONAL SKILLS TRAINING, AND EMPLOYMENT FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN ORDER THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE ALONG WITH THEIR FAMILIES OF WOODFORD COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
