THE ASURION COMPASSION FUND OPERATES AS AN EMPLOYEE-FOR-EMPLOYEE FUND TO PROVIDE A VEHICLE WHEREBY EMPLOYEES OF ASURION CAN HELP OTHER EMPLOYEES IN TIMES OF NEED. IN ADDITION, THE FUND PROVIDES SUPPORT TO OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES WHERE ASURION EMPLOYEES LIVE AND WORK.
