Mission
Atlas Scholars prepares high-potential students from underserved communities for success in college and competitive careers through a rigorous, multi-year professional development program. The organization delivers mentorship, career exposure, leadership training, and academic support within an intership-like structure that builds soft skills, workplace readiness, and long-term career preparation. Scholarships are provided as a strategic tool to support college access, which is essential to the programs workforce readiness goals.
