Mission
The mission of Baptist Health Foundation Corbin is to assist, advance, strengthen and support its sole member, Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. in their mission and ministry of continuing our Christian heritage of service by enhancing the health of the people and communities we serve. Baptist Health Foundation Corbin will encourage, solicit and receive donations, bequests, gifts and benefactions made to or for the benefit of Baptist Health Corbin hospital, an unincorporated operating division of Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. (BHS). BHS is described under Section 501(c)(3) and is classified under Section 509(a)(1) as a public charity. The foundation is operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the mission and purposes of Baptist Healthcare System, Inc.
