THE MISSION OF BAYSHORE COUNSELING SERVICES IS TO CREATE A SYSTEM OF CARE THAT WILL ENGAGE INDIVIDUALS IN PREVENTION, MENTAL HEALTH, AND RECOVERY SERVICES; THAT PROMOTE AN ABSTINENCE BASED PHILOSOPHY, IN ORDER TO BECOME PARTICIPANTS IN A HEALTHY COMMUNITY. WE BELIEVE THAT HEALTHY HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS ARE THE BASIS FOR GROWTH AND CHANGE. WE MAINTAIN THAT INDIVIDUALS HAVE BOTH A RIGHT AND A RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN THE SERVICE PLANNING/LIFE PLANNING PROCESS.
