THE MISSION OF THE TOBIN CENTER, A LOCAL NON-PROFIT ARTS ORGANIZATION, IS TO PROVIDE A WORLD-CLASS VENUE THAT PROMOTES A DIVERSE RANGE OF CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND ARTISTIC EXPERIENCES THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN SAN ANTONIO.SINCE ITS OPENING IN SEPTEMBER 2014, THE TOBIN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMINGARTS HAS TRANSFORMED PERFORMING ARTS IN SAN ANTONIO, PROVIDING A BEAUTIFUL STATE-OF-THE-ART VENUE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO ENJOY OUR LOCAL PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS AND ARTISTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. TO ENSURE ACCESSIBILITY, THE TOBIN PROVIDES FREE EVENTS FOR SCHOOLS, SPECIAL NEEDS POPULATIONS, AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE INCLUDING FESTIVALS, MOVIE SCREENINGS, WELLNESS EVENTS, FIELD TRIPS, SENSORY FRIENDLY PROGRAMMING, AND MORE AS WELL AS SEVERAL FREE AND DISCOUNTED TICKET PROGRAMS.
