THE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR OLDER CITIZENS TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF CHILDREN HAVING SPECIAL OR EXCEPTIONAL NEEDS OR WITH CONDITIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES THAT LIMIT THEIR ACADEMIC, SOCIAL, OR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
