THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE CORPORATION IS CHARITABLE, IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE A BASEBALL FACILITY FOR THE YOUTH OF BIG HORN, WYOMING, AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY FUNDRAISING, CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE FACILITY.
