BIOHOUSTON INC IS A TEXAS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION WITH THE MISSION OF STIMULATING TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF RESEARCH, WHILE BUILDING A CRITICAL MASS OF LIFE SCIENCE COMPANIES. TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL, BIOHOUSTON ESTABLISHED CERTAIN PROGRAMS FOR LIFE SCIENCE COMPANIES. BIOHOUSTON IS SUPPORTED PRIMARILY THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ITS MEMBERS, ASSOCIATES, THE PHILANTHROPIC COMMUNITY, AND REVENUE FROM CONFERENCES AND OTHER EVENTS HELD BY THE ORGANIZATION.
