Our Mission is to improve the community by healing with the help of the horse, promoting independence for at rick youth, special needs people and disabled veterans, educating through mentoring the next generation & providing a quality hands-on learing opportunities that facilitate community involvement through succesful and meaningful volunteer experiences.Form 990 Review ProcessThe organization's Executive Director will distribute the Form 990 to the Board of Directors for review along with the audited financail statements. The Board of Directors will affirm their approval of the Form 990 for the filing after thier review has completed.The Compensation of the executive Director is reviewed annually by the Board based on market data and approved after the Board evaluates the salary levels are commensurate with prevailing market rates for similar levels in similar sized NFP organizations.
