THE PRIMARY MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO EMPOWER YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE GREATER RICHMOND AREA, ESPECIALY THOSE FROM HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES TO SUCCEED IN LIFE BY PREPARING THEM FOR LIFE BEYOND HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGENCY, INTEGRATED IDENTITY AND COMPETENCIES.
