THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CHILDNET, INC. AND THEIR PROVIDERS WITH AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE OF FUNDING TO FACILITATE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICES NOT CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE FOR STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDING.
