OUR MISSION AT THE BROWN BEAR DAYCARE AND LEARNING CENTER IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY CHILDCARE AT THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD STANDARDS. WE STRIVE TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT: MEETS THE BASIC NEEDS OF THE CHILD'S HEALTH AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDES THE CHILD WITH ATTENTION, ACCEPTANCE AND AFFECTION; OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPERIENCE SUCCESS IN ALL AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT; MEETS THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF THE CHILD; BUILDS SELF ESTEEM; AND VALUES DIVERSITY AND SUPPORTS THE FAMILY.
