ACCORDING TO THE BSA ENDOWMENT MASTER TRUST AGREEMENT THE TRUST IS CREATED EXCLUSIVELY TO INVEST PERMANENT FUNDS OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, LOCAL COUNCILS OF THE BSA AND THE AFFILIATES OF SUCH NATIONAL COUNCIL AND LOCAL COUNCILS THAT ARE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
