Its specific and exclusive charitable purpose is to support, benefit, and to promote the Boy Scout movement of The Boy Scouts of America in Ashland, Carroll, Columbiana, Crawford, Holmes, Marion, Morrow, Richland, Stark, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Wyandot Counties in Ohio and Part of Hancock County in West Virginia.
