BUFFALO AND ERIE COUNTY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WAS INCORPORATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENCOURAGING THE EXPANSION OF EXISTING COMPANIES IN TARGET AREAS OF ERIE COUNTY BY ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING LOAN FUND FROM WHICH THE CORPORATION MAKES LOANS TO INDIVIDUAL COMPANIES.
