THE TRUST IS A TYPE III SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION ENGAGED IN OWNING & OPERATING BUHL PARK AS A COMMUNITY PARK AND PUBLIC RECREATION FACILITY. THE TRUST WAS FORMED TO OWN THE PARK FOR THE PROPER USE, BENEFIT, AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY, AND MORE SPECIFICALLY THE RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY, AS A PLAYGROUND AND PLACE OF RECREATION.
