BDF IS THE LOCAL IOWA COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AREA AND DE-CATEGORIZATION PROJECT IN BUCHANAN, DELAWARE AND FAYETTE COUNTIES IN IOWA INVOLVING LOCAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND EARLY CARE, HEALTH AND EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS IN COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS. THESE STATE SUPPORTED INITIATIVES ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY PEOPLE TO DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO REACH SIX RESULTS.
